Our Path to Ridership

Registration Form
To begin, click on the “Sign Up” button below to access our online registration form. You’ll need to provide basic information about the rider, including age, medical history, and any special needs or accommodations. This helps us prepare for the rider assessment.

Rider Paperwork
After completing the registration form, you will receive a rider packet that includes important forms to be completed. This paperwork includes liability waivers, consent forms, and emergency contact details. Please fill out all forms thoroughly and return them to us prior to your rider’s first session.

Medical Release
For the safety of our riders, we require a signed medical release form from a licensed medical professional. This form ensures that your rider is physically able to participate in therapeutic riding. Please have your child’s doctor or healthcare provider sign this form and return it to us before your first session. No one rides without this medical release completed.

Rider Assessment
Once the registration and medical paperwork are complete, we will schedule a rider assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate the rider’s needs, abilities, and goals to create the best possible therapeutic riding experience. Our instructors will discuss the rider’s history, needs, and specific goals for their riding program.

Finalize Enrollment
After the assessment, you will receive a confirmation email with session details, payment instructions, and a schedule of available times. Once your rider is officially enrolled, we’ll confirm their class schedule and provide any additional instructions.

ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION
On your rider’s first day, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow for check-in and introductions. Our team will be ready to assist you with getting set up, and we’ll walk you through the first session to make sure everyone feels comfortable.










Frequently Asked Questions
How are fee and payment determined?
Therapeutic riding sessions are offered on a session-package basis. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We offer various payment plans and tuition assistance, so please don’t hesitate to ask about financial assistance.

What equipment or items should my rider bring?
Riders should wear long pants, and sturdy shoes or boots (we provide helmets). We also recommend wearing sunscreen and bringing water, especially during warm weather.
What is your rider eligibility and dismissal policy?
Each program provides for the greatest number of participants. Please contact us to discuss your individual program’s eligibility and dismissal policy.
